Did you know that Illinois is changing platforms for Residents of Illinois who currently have Individual Health Insurance through healthcare.gov? The new platform is Get Covered Illinois and open enrollment begins November 1, 2025. If you currently have an individual health plan through healthcare.gov, you will want to make an appointment with your insurance broker to help navigate this new process. Several insurance companies are no longer offering health plans for the 2026 renewal period so your current election may not be available to you.
